Main Responsibilities :
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development Communicate effectively with other team stakeholders at all levels of the organization Stay up-to-date on employment labor laws and ensure compliance within the organization Check employee timesheets and assist with payroll and assist with accounts payable functions as needed Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations Performs other duties as assigned
Experience:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role Experience with benefits administration and enrollment processes Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Accurate data entry skills with a keen attention to detail In-depth understanding of employment labor laws and regulations Experience working with payroll software Must speak Spanish What You'll Get :
