Human Resources Assistant - REMOTE
The HR Generalist/Office Admin will be responsible for providing support to the the VP of Operations and manage general HR responsibilities.HR Job Duties:
Act as point of contact for HR guidance and support Support the sourcing, recruiting and onboarding of new hires, including the creation of necessary credentials Administrative duties as needed Other duties as assigned Operational Support Job Duties:
Attend staff meetings and serve as note taker and administrative support Assist with operational travel, promotions, program support. Support the office environment by organizing supplies, coordinating space and furniture needs, maintaining operation of break room equipment, etc. Other duties as assigned by the VP of Call Center Operations Skills and
Qualifications:
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively. Ability to read, write and effectively speak the English language to communicate with employees, clients in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner. Ability to use high level professional presentation skills Ability to work independently. Knowledge and ability to use office equipment including:
computer, headset telephone, copier, fax, and calculator. Strong Microsoft Office skills, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to act in a truly consultative role within the organization. Job Type:
