has a temporary on-site opening for a Human Resources Assistant II / Location:
Downtown Los Angeles.
The temp labor assignment is up to 6mos, and the work schedule is a 9/80 schedule starting as early as 7:
00am - 4:
30pm with every other Friday off.
The Human Resources Assistant II will be providing administrative support to the Recruitment team by completing required paperwork to bring on staff, scheduling meetings/interviews and testing, and corresponding with a variety of candidates, hiring managers, and agencies as needed.
The hiring manager is asking for the candidate to have a minimum of two years of relevant experience along with an Associate's degree from an accredited college or university.

Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience; Bachelor's Degree is highly desirable KNOWLEDGE OF:
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Personable, Flexible, Multitask and Handles pressure well.
Detail oriented, organized, strong written and verbal communication skills a must.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
