Your contributions will include:
Develop and Implement Policies:
Shape academic HR policies and ensure alignment with institutional goals.
Manage HR Programs:
Oversee academic recruitment, appointments, advancements, and faculty welfare programs.
Administer Compensation and
Benefits:
Handle salary administration, benefits, and payroll with precision and care.
Facilitate Visa Procurement:
Provide essential support to our international faculty throughout the visa process.
Enhance Faculty Development:
Coordinate training, development, and address faculty misconduct and promote equity and inclusion initiatives.

38 hourly Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training Acquiring knowledge of and ability to apply / interpret organization and college policies and procedures which govern academic HR.
Acquiring knowledge of organization, college, and departmental formal and informal policies and procedures, and understanding of variances to stated policies Acquiring knowledge of organization's human resource management system (HRMS) and other related business software programs and systems.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
