Onsite Property Manager/ Koreatown Apartment Community (Western Ave)

On-Site Manager for Apt Community (Koreatown) Owners of 100
Unit Building seek an onsite manager who has strong management & leasing experience, can communicate well to both Owners/Representatives as well as tenants in a professional and timely manner.
Must have the experience in Marketing and Screening Prospect Tenants in leasing of vacant units and have creative ways for generating leads, and marketing of vacancies.
Familiar with different types of lease forms and disclosures.
Must have 2
years experience in property management and ability to communicate well with different personalities.
PLEASE do not apply if you do not have at least 2
years experience as onsite manager OR not willing to live onsite.
ALL units in the building are studio units.
Some of the duties of the Manager include:
Making sure rents are received on time, and generating reports for owners and accounting.
Advertising, holding open houses, showings, and leasing vacant units.
Preparing and making ready vacant units that are to be shown and leased.
Conducting inspection of units and common areas.
Light cleaning, and upkeep of common areas.
Serving 3 day notices and enforcing applicable late fees, building rules.
Knowledgeable in basic accounting and basic use of QuickBooks.
Manager is required to live onsite.
(PLEASE DO NOT APPLY OTHERWISE) Compensation will be approximately $3,000 a month, $800 of which will be credit towards a unit in the building.
