ABOUT THE JOB:
Reservation Agents courteously handle all reservation inquiries and requests that come to the hotel via phone and email. They are a source of information on the hotel, its policies, promotions, rates, events, and the neighborhood. They process Internet reservations precisely and efficiently by transferring guest data from various extranet and global distribution sites to property's computer system. Reservation Agents assist in administrative duties as they relate to booking, tracking, billing, maintaining databases, and inputting reservations or promoting the hotel. Reservation Agents report directly to the hotel's Revenue Manager.
