Stable Asset Management Company is currently seeking for an EXPERIENCED & STRONG Leasing Agent (full time position) who will be in-charge of offering people a better place to live in. If this sounds interesting, motivating and challenging to you, please read on.
Responsibilities:
1. Continuously promotes vacancies and posts and updates creative rental ads
2. Identifies ways to continually improve our vacancy marketing strategy
3. Executes rental applications and verifications
4. Responds quickly and courteously to all rental inquiry
5. Interviews prospective tenants and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications
6. Completes lease forms and other related documentations
7. Assists in move-ins and move-outs
8. Shows vacant units/apartments to prospective tenants
9. Conducts open house on weekends
10. Develops basic understanding of competing properties and rates; conducts market surveys.
11. Assists in preparing weekly reports as needed by management
REQUIREMENTS:
1. MUST have proven track record of success in apartment leasing position/management experience
2. Minimum 2 years of leasing experience is required
3. Bilingual in English and Spanish
4. People person; great customer service skills
5. Reliable and dependable team player
6. Working knowledge of Fair Housing
7. Excellent listening skills, verbal and written communication skills, and basic math skills
8. Able to live on-site and work on weekends
9. Detail oriented
