Position Overview:
Our client is an rapidly growing real estate investment company who is looking for an CONTROLLER to join their team. This role pays up to $100k
bonus up to 20% and offers an work life balance and team oriented work environment.
Position Duties and
Responsibilities:
Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for Senior Management, Investors and Lenders
Monitor debt covenants and ensure compliance with lending agreements
Financial modeling and analysis to support CFO
Interface with third-party auditors and tax accountants
Construction accounting management:
Track construction costs in job cost system and provide cost to complete reports to construction team and Senior Management
Work with internal Construction Managers to review and verify project invoices and Contractor pay applications, and process Contractor payments timely
Preparation of monthly Construction loan draw requests
Ad-hoc reporting for Project Management Team
Lease management (including Tenant Billings, CAM reconciliation, etc.)
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
Cash management including monthly cash flow projections
Produce yearly budget/cash flow projection and perform monthly budget to actual analysis

Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
o 8
years of big4 public accounting and real estate accounting experience
o CPA and demonstrated ability to work in an entrepreniual enviornment
