Qualifications:
o Strong leadership and management abilities.
o Experience in leasing and negotiating rental agreements.
o Experience in personnel administration.
o An understanding of corporate protocol.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office & Outlook).
Real Estate, Commercial Property Management and Leasing experience a Plus
Responsibilities:
o Achieve a high level of profitability at your location by aggressively lease offices, performing regular rent increases and promoting all services.
o Lead and motivate staff to deliver the highest level of customer service.
o Ensuring that all clients receive a consistent level of customer service, in terms of personnel, office equipment performance, physical appearance, functionality of the center and positive customer-service attitude of all center employees.
o Verify those centers are adhering to all safety policies.
