Position Overview:
Our client is an rapidly growing real estate investment and development company who is looking for an FUND ACCOUNTING MANAGER to join their team. This role pays up to $110k
bonus and offers an work life balance and team oriented work environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements and reports and manage and track all general ledger activity in accordance with GAAP and company policy
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare adjusting journal entries and document business transactions.
Assist in the development of variance reports as required by management
Assist in establishing internal controls surrounding the tasks performed
Supervise 1 Senior Financial Analyst
Perform other related analysis and special projects as assigned
Lead and manage external audit engagement process
Qualifications:
5
years of public accounting and fund accounting experience
CPA required
