We are currently looking to hire an organized and energetic full time seasonal Activation Manager to represent our Bacardi client in the Los Angeles, CA market. The Activation Manager (AM) is specifically accountable for the overall results in their assigned territory. Ideal candidate should possess an appreciation for coffee and espresso. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a defining role in building a brand in a highly influential US market.
Client Relationship
Responsibilities:
Become the single point of contact for the Client and TEAM personnel
Ensure that TEAM'S objectives clearly align with Client's objectives
Maintain regular contact and communication between Client personnel and TEAM
Meet with Client to gather information, with the aim of maintaining product and industry knowledge
Always sell TEAM's value to the client and uncover additional opportunities for TEAM to serve the client
Ensure clear and open lines of communication
Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with TEAM and Client.
Field Execution
Responsibilities:
Recruit prospective promotional Specialists at all attended promotions
Staff all promotions within assigned geographic area of responsibility
Identify local sponsorships for client involvement
Ensure that promotional Specialists have the necessary training and materials prior to promotions.
Manage promotional material inventories and ensure permanent materials are returned to storage locations following each promotion
Manage and drive brand vehicle
Staff and assist any brand, trade or special events in market
Conduct regular debriefing sessions with promotional Specialists to evaluate the effectiveness of current programs
Share insights, feedback, and key learning's with Account Director on a weekly basis
Expected to work weekends and holidays ( depending on event schedule)
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain an updated calendar of scheduled events
Track event execution as a percentage of target/goal
Responsibly manage and communicate to TEAM all assigned company and client equipment and assets
Complete all paperwork and meet administrative deadlines
Manage all informational requests of field personnel, and recap key takeaways for TEAM management
Maintain an accurate inventory of client assets including point of sale and uniforms
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from accredited institution preferred.
2-4 years' experience in executing promotions.
Quality computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with the market trends and key influencers.
Valid Drivers license
Bilingual: English/Italian preferred
