Media Center Assistant (Late Shift)
Please note this is a Temporary position with the possibility of turning into a full time position. Must be available from 11pm-8am for a Sunday through Thursday - LATE SHIFT
JOB
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily Media Requests from CEG Staff for Library materials.
Locate media and deliver to Production, Post Production, Network and Dubs.
Prepare media for Network, Traffic, Off-site storage and Digitizing.
Perform various Library maintenance duties, such as re-shelving returning media and organizing inventory.
Any other department functions deemed necessary and appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Experience working in a library or customer-service oriented field; experience working in a computer intensive environment; ability to work well under pressure; energetic and friendly personality; must be detail oriented and accurate; knowledge of computer systems; excellent spelling and grammatical skills; interest or experience working in the entertainment or television production fields a plus.
