E Commerce Merchandiser
Overview:
The E-Commerce Merchandiser will oversee and support the development of the A'GACI E-Commerce merchandising strategies. This position reports to the Director of E-Commerce.
Responsibilities:
Define a long-term category roadmap for business development and content initiatives designed to grow A'GACI eCommerce sales.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product and project management, designers, software development engineers, buyers and other internal partners.
Drive and lead change in a high growth business.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the A'GACI eCommerce store team including inventory management, promotion planning and execution as well as liaison with internal customer support
Champion team growth, development & engagement
Manage operational challenges, provide escalation management, influence and balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize ROI while providing a great customer experience.
Lead, initiate, and support process improvement initiatives.
Work collaboratively to define, develop, and implement online opportunities and initiatives to exceed revenue targets.
Drive online supplier program strategies that monetize site traffic and increase sales.
Conduct competitor, customer, business and financial analysis, including monitoring, forecasting and reporting.
Communicate and present effectively, to technical and non technical audiences, at all organizational levels.
Requirements

years leading a merchandising or eCommerce team
Strong leader capable of managing, mentoring, coaching, and motivating a team in a fast paced multitasking environment
Must have proven expertise as a business leader in the online space.
Must be highly organized, detail oriented, enthusiastic, resourceful and have the ability to envision innovative solutions in a complex environment
Results driven leader with a focus on ROI.
Strong customer focus and proven track record of applying customer insights and trends to proposed digital solutions.
Must be able to clearly communicate complex ideas, timelines, tasks and deadlines to all business partners.
Sound business judgment and proven ability to influence others.
Highly proactive and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Exceptional analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to utilize customer data in the most effective and innovative ways.
