Purpose of Position:
The Administrative Assistant will support two team members on a daily basis. In addition, the incumbent will have a level of involvement with presentation materials, event coordination, website administration, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate core competencies in the following areas:
Provide administrative support to the Brokerage Services group; organize and facilitate meetings and conference calls, schedule travel and assist in the creation and maintenance of correspondence.
Enhance technology tools; assist in putting SharePoint site together.
Meet with Practice Groups on a monthly basis.
Participate in budgeting; manage reports,
Act as a liaison between HR and new hires, assist in the onboarding process.
Assist with event planning
Assist with the production of client deliverables.
Assist with presentation deliverables using Power Point.
Perform other relevant duties as requested or assigned.
Required Skills:
The successful candidate will possess the following required degrees, certificates or competencies:

years in an administrative or marketing capacity supporting multiple team members
2
years in the commercial real estate industry is desired
BA degree preferred
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and to interact at all organizational levels.
Strong analytical skills required Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook required.
Specific competency with In-Design and desktop publishing/graphics software desired.
Excellent client service skills.
Problem solving and analytical skills required
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and meet stringent deadlines
Candidate should have a positive demeanor and be able to overcome challenges managing limited resources

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
