TEAM Enterprises is an experiential marketing company looking for a full time Brand Key Account Manager to represent our Bacardi client. The BAM will work closely with the local client to activate on-premise activity and raise brand awareness for the represented products. Client Relationship
Responsibilities:
Become the single point of contact for the local client personnel; maintain regular contact and communication between the client and TEAM.
Meet with client monthly/weekly to gather information, stay updated on product and industry knowledge and to ensure TEAM's objectives clearly align with the client's objectives.
Attend monthly sales meetings with the client and distributor as needed.
Always sell TEAM's value to the client and uncover additional opportunities for TEAM to serve the client.
Field Execution
Responsibilities:
Consistently achieve quarterly business objectives for distribution, menu's, merchandising and promotional activity.
Be culturally connected in market and within key accounts
Make key account calls to sell in new portfolio distribution, merchandise accounts to client standards, educate wait staff, sell in promotions, and build the client brand.
Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all key accounts
Complete weekly activity reports which recap account call plans, accomplishments and follow up needed
In some instances, work alongside Activation Manager to ensure successful PS at all promotions as required
Recap all account activity in a timely manner and evaluate effectiveness and adjust future plans accordingly
Conduct wait staff education, training and entertainment events including Service Industry Promotions
Within account universe achieve client brand standards, objectives, and growth goals
People Development
Responsibilities:
Provide both positive and constructive feedback to Activation Manager where applicable and promotional staff after promotions to improve results and execution standards
Provide clear direction and expectations for all tasks and requests for information
Assist Activation Manager with training of all promotional specialist about the client's products and industry specifics
Deal with any performance issues in a timely manner and within TEAM policies and procedures, acting with a sense of urgency
Commercial
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with the account gatekeepers to understand the account needs and help them build a joint business plan
Increase Key Account menu placements and drive implemental drink features
Expansion of client portfolio on key account back bars
Monthly sell in goal and bookings for all On Premise activations in Key Accounts
Conduct monthly wait staff education sessions
Build and execute monthly training and entertainment events including Service Industry Promotions
Drive social media presence to key accounts
Administrative
Responsibilities:
Responsibly manage all assigned company and client equipment and assets to include protection from damage and theft as well as proper packaging and shipping guidelines
Complete weekly call activity report whenever making calls on assigned accounts
Manage all informational requests of field personnel and recap key takeaways for TEAM and client Management
Manage all budgets to ensure programs are executed within budget guidelines
Complete all expense reports within the allocated time lines and maintain compliant with all expenses per guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from accredited institution preferred
Experience conducting promotions in key targeted accounts, in selling programs or brands to key accounts, and/or prior promotional and selling experience preferred
Quality computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with the market and key accounts catering to the targeted consumers
Requires work on weekends with day time sales calls, attendance at client meetings, promotional activity targeted on late nights.
