The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individualresponsible for administering multiple international Television Distributiondeals (Pay TV, SVOD, Basic and Free TV); running various reports and providingcontent availability lists to the Sales team in support of new licensing dealsfor TV series and films. This position incorporates responsibilities withincontract management, client management and legal.
Responsibilities:
Review deals and verify contract data in accounting system by interpreting large amounts of raw data to conform to output deal parameters and negotiate library windowing product with global sales offices
Manage creation of availability notices for worldwide Pay TV/SVOD for current clients and new title availability lists for new clients with respect to first-run features, library features and series
Monitor rights clearance analysis via internal systems to identify media, territory, and language restrictions for titles included on availability lists
Oversee fulfillment of contractual obligations and ensure that necessary notifications are delivered to clients (including holdback requirements, advertising restrictions, etc.)
Research qualifying criteria for the inclusion of product
Liaise with Licensees to ensure correct selection of MFT, NTR, library or series volume
Coordinate client requests for changes to availability dates with rights clearance, home entertainment and other television media sales
Ensure that special promotion and/or programming needs are accommodated for licensees
Direct accounting and material requests to appropriate staff and ensure completion of request
Initiate and/or approve sales orders in sales system.
Verify product categorization and licensee fee allocations in the system
Coordinate amendments for changes in current agreement or license additional pictures
Oversee drafting and distribution of individual contract amendments
Prepare legal exhibits for new deals
