Requisition Number: 25923 Job Title: PRODUCER/DIRECTOR Working Title: Video Editor/2D Compositor Salary: $23.36 - $28.04 hourly Job Type: Career Department Name: 5630-UNEX-OFFICE OF INSTRUC ENHANCEMENT Department Website URL: www.uclaextension.edu Job Summary Statement: Under supervision of the Production Manager, the Video Editor/2D Compositor is a member of the Instructional Design and Learning Support (IDLS) team that creates instructional videos and other kinds of online media assets for UCLA Extension and UCLA Global courses and learning experiences.
The Video Editor/2D Compositor is responsible for video post-production, applying video from studio or location production into the appropriate project template - as requested by the Instructional Designer (ID) and Program Department, and designated by the Project Management System (PMS). In projects requiring additional effects and motion graphics, the incumbent integrates these using appropriate 2D/3D compositing/animation tools. Percentage of Time: 100 Shift Start: 8:00 am Shift End: 5:00 pm Qualifications for Position

1. Associate's, Bachelor's degree or continuing education certificate with a major or concentration in web/broadcast communications, instructional media, film/television production or a related field; and three years of professional media production experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

2. Professional multimedia or video post-production and design experience in an educational or corporate training environment with an online portfolio of demonstrable work.

3. General knowledge of professional recording studio operation (video cameras, audio capture, lighting and grip techniques), and all stages of video production.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
