Telecommuting Food Service Solution Consultant

An IT company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Food Service Solution Consultant.
Must be able to:
Provide support for all pre-sales activities
Document knowledge specific to our most complex and technical capabilities and issues for use by internal teams
Provide consultative technical expertise supporting Interactions' customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Willingness to Travel 10-25%
Seven plus years of experience working in a client-facing technical service environment supporting mobile or web-based products
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
Extensive Food Service Industry / Contact Center / Customer self-service background
Experience in providing solution architecture to B2C as well as B2B

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
