We value teamwork and culture and like to think we've got a great place to work! Position Summary The Field Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance (both reactive and preventive) and project support.
The Field Technician will diagnose errors, technical problems and determine proper solutions while providing exceptional service and customer support.
Duties and Responsibilities Provide onsite technical assistance for Tier 1/2 queries and issues related to computer systems, servers, LAN/WAN systems, applications, mobile devices, spam/email filters, Anti-Virus etc.
Provide timely and detailed service reports of onsite resolution to proper staff/management Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution and confirm client is satisfactory with results Tier 2 Active Directory, network and server skill sets Perform visual checks of hardware equipment while onsite and report any possible issues to Proactive Technologies staff members Log all onsite field interactions with accurate time and detail information Identify and escalate situations requiring additional attention Inform management of recurring problems Stay current with client system information, changes and updates Advise clients on appropriate actions to better handle technology issues/performance Qualifications 4 years of experience supporting end user technology in a corporate environment Tier 1 certifications such as A+, Network+, MCSA (Windows10) Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and applications including current Microsoft desktop/server operating systems, OSX, Android and iOS Must be conformable with Domains, Active Directory, Group Policies, Permissions and Microsoft Office 365 Experience working in a financial services environment is preferred Ability to learn and pick up new technologies quickly Must be comfortable working in a fast paced multi-tasking environment Must have a polished professional presentation and feel comfortable in a corporate setting Strong interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal), strong documentation skills Ability to identify, analyze and prioritize incoming requests for assistance Strong organizational and planning skills, troubleshooting, triage, and problem solving ability Ability to follow established process, analyze and recommend process improvements Great customer service Benefits & Perks:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
