Let us catapult your career! Service Desk Analyst (Healthcare) IMMEDIATE NEED for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide technical guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on customer questions, problems or malfunctions of all software/hardware installed or maintained.

Responsibilities:
Under minimal supervision, respond to customers? inquiries concerning support requests, systems status, hardware/software issues, and network connectivity.
Resolve software and hardware incidents for proprietary software.
Record incidents in an Incident Management System.
Diagnose incidents through research and isolation report problems with procedures and make suggestions for improvements.
Document knowledge for self help (Tier 0), as well as Tier 1 & 2 Escalate to or consult with senior staff when a solution is unclear.
Minimum requirements:
Approximately 3-6 years of experience in an Information Technology (IT) discipline and/or Customer Service Call center good problem solving, communication, results oriented, team oriented and customer service skills Windows 95/98/XP, Microsoft Office 97/2000/XP/2003 troubleshooting experience Excellent multi-tasking skills.
Prioritizes and performs a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction or supervision 1-3 years experience in hardware provisioning, installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, workstations, operating systems, and applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
