Our client, a financial services firm in California is looking for a QA Manager as a permanent employee.

Responsibilities:
Implement and manage testing process for all application development efforts.
Manage the team in establishing and supporting project goals, tasks and priorities.
Analyze requirement and design specifications to be utilized in the creation of test cases /test scripts.
Developing and executing QA Test Plan- Will develop and execute QA test plan for software applications.
This will include test bed development and improvement, documentation as well as the development of white box and black box test scripts.
Direct execution testing; will develop testing scripts and will be responsible for their implementation into the testing environment.
Manage, document & report software issues/concerns to the Quality Assurance Manager and appropriate team members.
Co-ordinate review and signoff of test conditions.
Design and track all issues within the identified toolset.
Develops implements and executes a testing methodology providing comprehensive software evaluation.
Enhances and maintains regression tests.
Develops QA methodology, templates and best practices for testing.
Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelors' Degree Minimum 8 years of QA management Minimum 10 years in managing a team Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent leadership, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience with common testing tools, including automated regression, load and scalability testing.
Experienced testing applications relying on a RDBMS and web based technology.
This person should be familiar with standard product development life cycle (PDLC), CVS and defect-tracking procedures.
Mobile digital application a big plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
