We are currently looking for an experienced Digital Content Marketing Director to work with the wider Marketing team to ensure content is distributed is in line with integrated marketing campaigns, strategy and quality expectations.
The ideal candidate will manage a fast-paced process coordinating digital marketing activities and distribution to deliver competitive advantage through topical, engaging content.
Goal is to build customer preference for Fox Bet through an effective and distinct digital content and integrated marketing strategy, aligned to the Fox Bet brand positioning platform and close collaboration and engagement with stakeholders at FOX Sports and FOX Corporation.

THE GAME PLANEveryone on our team has a part to playFoster and execute integrated campaigns internally and while serving as a key liaison between FOX Bet and the FOX Sports / Corporation digital teams, ensuring the FOX Bet digital strategy and initiatives are integrated holistically into the overall FOX Sports digital strategy.
Run point with internal marketing and commercial teams, and FOX Sports / Corporation brands to ensure the integration and effectiveness of the Fox Bet digital content initiatives.
Drive brand awareness of FOX Bet and Super 6 through internal, Fox Sports and third-party digital channels to fuel active user growth, through both acquisition and existing customer activation.
Formulate KPI's to drive efficiency around spend to gain an understanding of the content, branded programming and direct response that resonates most with the desired customer base.
An experienced Digital Marketer with experience of working with all digital platforms and assessing performance of content and digital programming through analysis and management of KPI reporting.
Facilitate cross-program and cross-department collaboration.
Manage, coach and develop an internal team.

years of experience managing respective channels, with at least 2 years having direct experience working in integrated marketing and digital content programming / creation.
3
years of experience mentoring or managing direct reports preferred.
Bachelors degree with strong academic record and proven relevant experience in digital or intergated marketing role at an agency, brand or large digital and/or linear network.
Analytically driven with strong understanding of underlying data and methodologies used to inform decision making and drive performance management.
Lead campaign initiatives from strategy through execution and reporting.
Capacity to succinctly communicate both verbally and in writing, and provide clear direction on projects.
Ability to interface with a wide range of teams and build strong relationships, both internally and externally.
Meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Experience working across multiple businesses within a larger corporate structure is preferred.
Knowledge of sports, sports betting, digital content creation and metrics a plus.
A highly organized and analytical individual, keen to develop new techniques and methodologies.
An excellent communicator who can collaborate easily with all sections of the internal FOX Bet departments and wider FOX Sports teams.
Relationship driven -- skilled at building and nurturing relationships, and balancing many priorities -- always doing so with a good attitude.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
