Responsibilities:
Resolute has a unique position for a Media Director of Paid Media across our Pharma accounts.
This is a virtual position on a contract basis with the opportunity of full -time employment.
This position will be focused on Pharma accounts (Consumer and HCP) so previous Pharma experience is a must.
We are looking for an agency-wide subject matter expert that will oversee digital media strategy and planning.
Responsibilities include leading the overall media planning approach and making sure brand objectives are measured and achieved.
This position will require hands on coaching to make sure all media plans are executed flawlesslyMedia Strategy & PlanningSuccessfully understand the client's business and their needs and help them achieve their objectives, building a strong relationship and ultimately growing the businessLead strategic and tactical planning activities - accountable for developing, implementing and maintaining media plans that deliver against client objectives/strategiesEvaluate/approve recommendations and presentations before they are sent to the client, and maintain quality control on daily workflow and media team processesManage and be accountable for client budgets and timelines, oversee reports and client billingAssist in the negotiation of media contracts and programs/opportunities to ensure maximum leverage is appliedProactively investigate media opportunities and craft well-supported, articulate POVs to present to clientKeep abreast of current events, media and any industry trends that impact your client's businessTeam LeadershipWork closely with team to set brand strategies and develop media plansAccurately, objectively and constructively evaluate performance of supporting media teamAssist in training, mentoring, developing, and evaluating existing team membersFoster an environment which encourages intelligent risk taking, innovation and creativityQualifications8-10 years of media experience (minimum 5 years of pharma experience)with strong client and team leadership qualitiesExperience buying and managing complex digital full-funnel campaignsStrong analytical skills and understanding of KPI's and attributionExperience working with DART/DFA or other relevant 3rd Party Ad ServersGoogle Analytics and Facebook Certifications a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
