We are looking for a Director of Analytics to lead a team of analysts and data scientists supporting group-wide and commercial teams.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the data, reporting and analysis of the Sportsbook and Casino businesses.

Develop solutions in the form of tools, models and products from our internal data that improve the effectiveness of marketing spend, communications and promotions to customersWork with Marketing, Commercial, Operations and Engineering departments across the group to develop and roll-out products and solutionsSupport stakeholders in Marketing, Commercial and Operations departments with tools to manage their day to day operations, built on a single source of truthMeasure and demonstrate the effectiveness of Marketing tests and campaigns - ensuring tests are correctly set up and identifying opportunities to improve profitability and growthIdentify, prioritize and drive to completion projects to further improve solutions and to enhance actionable insight on customers - working from business case through MVP to roll out.
Owner for models that govern measurement of Marketing effectiveness - responsible for ensuring they are complete, accurate and regularly reviewed and refreshed.
Working with third parties and other teams internally as required.
Act as a customer with engineers in Marketing Tech and Data - support them with detailed requirements to create enhanced capabilities and work with Product Managers on prioritizationTHE STATSWhat we're looking for in our next teammate Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field preferredA minimum of 5 years' experience working in an analytics role2
