WHAT WILL YOU DO?Responsible for the day-to-day operations of specific initiative(s) in the Commercial Transformation portfolio, including but not limited to Target Operating Model, process redesign, Commercial Lending platform deployment, LIBOR transition, and other key programsOrganizes, leads, and facilitates cross-LOB process design, measurement and re-engineering initiatives that will encompass an end to end analysis and future state redesign that requires specialized knowledge or skill critical to the redesign effort in a matrix leadership environmentDevelops improvement approaches within businesses and across lines of businesses that are holistic, customer focused to understanding business processes and workflow through CNB and identify and help prioritize new initiatives to drive business strategy, mitigate potential risks and control gaps, financial return, and/or positive customer impactDevelops root cause analysis and business case for proposed technology, staff and structure changes, including cost estimatesEstablishes standards for measuring performance against process requirements - Including the developing metrics that provide data for process management indicators for future improvement opportunities.
Establish standard operating procedures to help control any risk associated with initiatives.
Communicate and report project status to team leadership, including budget, risks and general business issuesParticipate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentationParticipate in effective change management programs within the client organization including creating and administering communication plans to promote end-user adoptionAct as a user advocate to ensure overall system usability and adoptionContribute to the development of cross-team, framework-level projectsWHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDMust-Have Bachelors DegreeMinimum 7 years relevant experience in financial services or management consulting with broad experience in leading strategic initiativesMinimum 7 years of experience with advanced levels of project management principles.
Skills and KnowledgeExperience in delivering financial services projects on time; PMP or Change Management Certification is a plusKnowledge of SDLC and business applications in financial servicesKnowledge of Application Design, Build, Testing, and Change ManagementPossess a strong sense of accountability and urgency in completing assignmentsExperience leading cross-functional projects, transformation or change projects preferredExceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present to large audiences at all levels in the organizationAbility to quickly adapt to changing priorities and deadlines To be considered for this position you must meet at least these basic qualificationsThe preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
