WHAT WILL YOU DO?Responsible for the day-to-day operations of specific initiative(s) in launching the nCino Commercial lending platform.
Serve as a configuration expert or work stream lead for client projects, responsible for day to day activities and deliverables which vary based on project phaseResponsible for monitoring key program performance metrics, and perform quality and cost control initiatives and reviews.
Responsible for delegating the tasks for programs and projects to ensure that the respective teams complete the tasks.
Establish standard operating procedures to help control any risk associated with initiatives.
Communicate and report project status to team leadership, including budget, risks and general business issuesParticipate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentationGuide design sessions, ensuring the quality of the selected approach and driving understanding and ownership across teammatesParticipate in effective change management programs within the client organization including creating and administering communication plans to promote end-user adoptionAct as a user advocate to ensure overall system usability and adoptionContribute to the development of cross-team, framework-level projectsUnderstand the business domain, data model, and design of the code base for the nCino productMaintain a deep knowledge of the technologies (languages, frameworks, etc.
) used by nCinoMaintain a deep knowledge of the craft of coding and designWHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDMust-Have Bachelors DegreeMinimum 7 years relevant experience in management or technology consulting with broad experience in engagement management, and business developmentMinimum 5 years wholesale lending and nCino experienceSkills and KnowledgeHighly prefer an advanced degree or financial industry certificationHighly prefer nCino certificationExtensive knowledge of SFDC lifecycle experienceExtensive knowledge of Application Design, Build, Testing, and Change ManagementExperience in sales and delivering financial services projects on timeUnderstand CRM technologies being used on a project to be able to propose how to design, develop, test, and implement a technical implementation project.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
