LEAD PRODUCTION SUPPORTWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?As a part of the Business Intelligence team, the Production Support Lead is responsible for the maintenance, implementation and administration of back-end dataflows supporting the ODS (Operational Data Store), EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse), M/RDM (Master/Reference Data Management), and downstream systems.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?Lead Production Support activities by troubleshooting critical issues, addressing ETL application service interruptions and vendor outages while identifying process improvementsLead ETL application upgrade projects by applying hot fixes and version releases on a regular basisLead process development and oversight of code migrations between Dev, QA and Production ETL environments ensuring code and job scheduling is sound and completeDefine and establish processes for performing routine system health checks to ensure optimization and stability of ETL application and codeProvide technical direction and mentoring to team members related to implementations, job scheduling, and troubleshootingDevelop and maintain thorough business knowledge of source data in the enterprise data warehouse environmentCreate, enhance, and maintain ETL support processes and technical documentationExecute and/or escalate problem management procedures as necessaryPerform operational fixes related to ETL codePerform ETL code reviews to ensure technology, exception handling, company best practices and processes are followedParticipate in Disaster Recovery exercises pertaining to ETL processesAbility to be on call and provide off hours support for the enterprise data warehouse batch processes to ensure they achieve SLAsWork with management to define and create methods for collecting and reporting on metrics related to SLAs, data reconciliation, load statistics, etc.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDMust-Have Minimum 5 years of experience in an ETL production support roleSkills and KnowledgeKnowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing concepts and principlesExcellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently or within a team for problem resolutionAbility to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
Thorough understanding of SDLCMinimum 3 years working experience in banking or financial services environment preferredBS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred.
Experience in Oracle databases, PL/SQL is strongly preferredStrong organizational, multi-tasking, adaptability, and time-management skills preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
