WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?The Business Continuity Program Risk Manager is responsible properly identifying risks and their impact to the Bank.
Responsible for formulating and implementing plans to determine a response to the threat, and continually assess these plans for their effectiveness.
This position will apply business continuity and FFIEC best practices to ensure the Bank is in compliance.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?Develop and execute a robust program to perform end-to-end reviews of Continuity of Business Plans, Technology Plans and Crisis Management Plans and all associated documentation.
Develop and execute a sampling process to ensure the appropriate level of coverage for the review of the functions.
Apply operational risk management guidelines and procedures for identifying First Line of Defense risks (FLOD).
Ensure FLOD program is effective and within in Risk Appetite set by City National Bank.
Provide challenges on Key Indicators and Material Operational Risk.
sAnalyze, capture and report risks.
Work with First Line of Defense in the review of the documentation and reporting.
Provide critical analysis and input into the review process as required.
Assist in key policy adherence and monitoring/reporting.
Keep Management aware of the risk and control environment through continuous and open communication, and follow-up on issues, concerns and corrective action plans.
Ensure adherence to the Business Continuity policy.
Ensure a sound control environment from a BC/Operational Resilience perspective, including adherence to relevant policies where appropriate.
Serve as main point of contact for audit groups for BCM related open issues, and ensure that all audit requests are timely and appropriately provided.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding CNB, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDMust-Have Bachelors Degree Minimum 7 years of Business Continuity, Operational Risk or Resilience practitioner with extensive first Line or second Line experienceSkills and KnowledgeCertification within the business continuity industry preferredExcellent oral and written communications skills; Must be articulate and persuasive.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
