Highly Regarded Property Management Co.
is actively interviewing for a Property Manager to oversee a multi family location consisting of 300 plus units.
As the dedicated and passionate individual you will:
Handles all tenant and client relationsDrafts new lease agreements for yearly increases and or new tenants, delivers to clients for review and signature.
Collects vendor bids, schedules and coordinates maintenance and repair for various tenant issues.
Inspects property, for but not limited to initial and final walk through collects and distributes keys for new and vacating tenants.
