We are looking for an enthusiastic Dealership Finance Lead for at our first ever LiveWire owned dealership in Canoga Park, CA. The Dealership Finance Lead will wear many hats at the dealership and will have overall responsibility assisting customers obtain the financing they need to purchase the vehicle of their choice. The Dealership Finance Lead will work directly with customers interested in a motorcycle loan and will also be responsible for completing all of the required documentation for each financial transaction. In addition, the Dealership Finance Lead will also present options for value added products sold by the dealership, such as vehicle purchase add-ons.

The Dealership Finance Lead will be responsible for:
Offering vehicle financing options to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
Processing financing and deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources to secure approval and through the proper federal, state and corporate channels
Understanding and complying with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance department
Completing applications, pulling credit scores, filling out sales contracts, determining payoff amounts and performing title checks
Submit credit application for pending deals to financial institutions for approval, according to management guidelines
Check for accuracy in the application to ensure all information is complete
Process submittals and cancellations for aftermarket products
Stay up to date on State and DMV regulation

The ideal candidate for this role:
Bachelor s degree in finance or equivalent professional experience
Will have 5 years of applicable experience in a dealership environment overseeing financing operations
Strong communication skills in order to provide an exceptional experience with customers, employees and finance partners
Be or become an advocate and supporter of electric vehicles from the perspective of the riding experience- whether it be eBicycles, recreational lightweight two-wheelers or motorcycles
Has a start-up mentality and is excited by the challenges which will present itself as this dealership gets up and running
Ability to work well independently and within a high-performance team environment
Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment
A valid driver's license (motorcycle endorsement preferred)
