WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Operate in an interdisciplinary model, focusing on digital needs while flexing into brand when needed. Specific expectations will include:
o Contributing to Liquid Sunshine's digital strategy practice, taking conceptual and operational responsibilities for our digital strategy tools, processes, and best practices o Championing breakthrough ways to integrate our brands into people's lives through digital and social platforms, based on data-driven insights, audience behaviors, cultural trends, competitive landscape, and the latest in technology and media o Create smart digital audits and inspiring creative briefs o Assisting on broader brand team initiatives including large-scale campaigns and brand development Work with creative teams, designers, and producers to develop highly engaging, business-driving digital experiences that get used, talked about, and shared Track and evaluate emerging platforms, channels, tools, and ad formats, and recommend ways to improve our digital-first approach to brand-building and business performance Foster collaborative relationships with internal partners and stakeholders, including Campaign & Content Creative, Design and UX/UI, digital producers, the brand and e-comm teams, Data & Analytics, and Media Be KDP Marketing's trusted, go-to expert on all things digital, including programmatic and DCO, mobile, display, websites, e-com, apps, AI, gaming, AR/VR, and whatever's coming next Identify and develop partnerships with leading and emerging digital platforms and partners to ensure we're aware of the latest features, that we're considered for beta tests and creative firsts, and that we're always pushing the limits of what's possible as we engage our audiences where and how they live Lead by doing, while providing the team with clear responsibilities, goals, and career development Champion and contribute to a culture of diversity, inclusion, personal growth, winning, and fun Requirements WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
A minimum of 6 years of experience as a digital strategist in top tier creative organizations, including some experience managing other strategists A deep understanding and working knowledge of digital and social media platforms, audience behaviors, best practices, and trends Comfortability working with media partners in matters pertaining to our digital marketing practices in search, web, and emerging technologies Experience and ability turning data and observations into useful insights using measurement tools The ability to foster trusted client relationships built on subject matter expertise, innovative thinking, and executional excellence The optimism to think bigger, the curiosity to dig deeper, and the passion to do better An entrepreneurial spirit, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills Determination, courage, and ingenuity in the face of obstacles, deadlines, ambiguity, and healthy conflict An infatuation with beverages, a love of brands, and a lifelong affair with all things creative CPG and brand-side experience a plus
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
