As Senior Business Affairs Manager, you will manage all business facets of commercial production across Liquid Sunshine's extensive roster or brands, including production and talent contracting, licensing and clearances, budget administration, scoping legal issues, interpreting production contracts. Additionally, you will work closely with Liquid Sunshine brand engagement teams to scope and screen work for potential legal or licensing issues. Review ideas and provide creative solutions to help manage potential network, budget, regulatory, licensing concerns, helping to keep the idea alive Work closely with KDP legal counsel to resolve potential production liabilities, and to review vendor agreements to ensure compliance with SOWs and MSAs Perform knockout trademark searches for proposed branding, taglines, signage, design etc. Manage intellectual property rights and clearances Negotiate the creation of celebrity, overscale, and non-union agreements Work with KDP legal counsel on issues including contracts, updating releases, contract templates, risk assessment and indemnifications Prepare production estimates Create production start-up documents, including production agreements, insurance coverage, talent mandatories and talent agreements Handle all third-party clearances and licensing, including stock footage, film/TV rights, music, props, etc. Consult with Producers in reviews of AICP, AICE, animation and music bids Handle non-union and union talent contracting and estimating for commercial productions, including preparation of celebrity agreements Report talent usage to third party payroll company Review and assess rough cuts and final creative for risk or clearance concerns in tandem with KDP legal counsel Champion and contribute to a culture of diversity, inclusion, personal growth, winning, and fun Requirements WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Business AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
