Hello! I own the pictured property on Hyperion in Silver Lake just up from Sunset-a short walk to Sunset Junction's wonderful shops, cafes and restaurants. The one that is coming available is the 3rd unit up from the street with the light blue-ish exterior. It's wonderful inside- classic funky Silver Lake 20's bungalow with original windows and Spanish character maintained throughout. All appliances are clean and nice-and there's a washer/dryer inside each unit!! There is no grass yard but there is a small private gated area beside each unit for sunning, barbecuing, etc. The other 3 units are filled with cool young professionals-quiet, respectful great neighbors and tenants. The available unit is at 944 Hyperion Ave. The rent is $3,250.00 per month. First, last and security deposit required. Dogs are discussable if they're quiet and reasonable. Cats are ok. It's South of Sunset-not too far up the hill. Just look for the creamy green fence! NO annoying mutant neighbors-only really cool Silver Lake people. NO annoying mutant owner (if I do say so myself)--only me and I really care that you are happy and comfortable in your home.
