It's a shared house with a private bathroom, and the spacious bedroom with 3 windows welcoming bright light. It comes complete with built-in closet and drawers (ethernet available in room). All common areas are fully furnished, and we're putting the finishing touches on the kitchen (now open concept and including a new dishwasher) by Dec 28th pics currently show the previous kitchen setup. Your bathroom is already fully renovated, so you'll be the first to enjoy it! Plus, we've got in-unit laundry and super convenient street parking right in front of the house (quiet street with no street cleaning). Otherwise there's tandem parking in the driveway, personally would rather not use but would consider the inconvenience of being blocked for an extra fee.... tbh though street parking is so available, sometimes I do it just cause. Shared living spaces include a front yard with fruit trees (grapefruit, nectarine, key lime, lemon, haas avocado, peach), thyme, collard greens, and lavender. There's also a custom cement table for eating or chilling. The backyard is a dream with a basketball hoop, outdoor pool/ping pong table, custom Japanese Shou sugi ban ceiling, and a cedar treehouse with its own upstairs pantry/bar & outdoor clubhouse sitting area (complete with a hammock). Lounge chairs, outdoor heaters, a projector, and a killer sound system make it even better! About me: I'm in my mid-20s working in tech (building ethical & inclusive tech), and in my free time, I love roller skating, hanging with friends, and learning piano. I keep the place neat, enjoy hosting friends, and plan events occasionally. Though this post might not seem like it i'm a very chill and laid back person. I'm looking for a roommate who's respectful, neat, and like-minded bonus points if you're a creative artist/musician working in tech!
