The back Yard and walk up is shared w another property. There are 2 homes on one lot. The area is gorgeous, LUSH residential and quiet. Lots of birdsong and sweet hummingbirds in lush surroundings. We have a great deck facing the DTLA view where amazing sunsets can be viewed . The area is a dream for nature and quiet lovers- still when wanting to get out - there's a LOT around. You can walk to bars , restaurants, galleries, book stores, gyms , great Yoga , lots of vintage stores, Dodger Stadium and farmers markets...etc We are close to all necessary freeways to quickly get to DTLA,-Disney Hall, Dorothy Chandler or the Art District for ex. The studios in Burbank is a 15 min drive - and when wanting the ocean - it's about 30 minutes away. The home is not suitable for small children and is not a party pad. We love and respect are neighbors and expect the same from you :) The dates are flexible - house might be available for up to 6 months due to work travels. Easy Street parking is always available:)
