The front yard is plenty big with nice grass and room for gardening etc and is fully enclosed for pets to run around and there is a very nice porch for outside sitting eating and relaxing. There is a private driveway with a gate that fits 2 cars and there is also ample street parking for guests. As you can see from the pictures the home was very recently totally re-modeled with high end washer dryer, stove and fridge, all less than 2 years old and all work great and look great, its really a Chefs kitchen. The bathroom was upgraded with new stylish sink, shower heads etc, a nice bathroom. For our prospective tenant, we only ask that you show the home the same love and care that you would show to your own home in addition to paying the rent on time. We are very professional landlords, if you need us let us know and we'll take care of business otherwise its your home and we stay out of your business in every way. We are good down to earth and reasonable people, easy to talk to and pride our selves on honesty and doing the right thing. Total move in for the house is $8,000. The breakdown is $4,000 for first months rent and $4,000 for Security deposit. If you need to break the security deposit out over the first 2 months we can work with you, pay $2000 of security deposit at lease signing along with first months rent and the remaining $2,000 of can be paid the following month after move-in. Our home is registered with Los Angeles Apartment Association and we will be doing credit checks through this organization primarily for the purpose of ensuring no past evictions, no worries on student loans, medical bills or generally not having great credit. We do put great emphasis but on proof of income that gives us confidence the tenant can truly and comfortably afford to rent the home; we don't want anyone putting every single penny into their rent, that's not good for anyone, your rent should be no more than 30% of your total household income as a ballpark measuring stick.
