The house is a classic Spanish style home that has been fully renovated but maintained the original charm. It has two ensuite bedrooms, both with king beds. The primary suite has a large stand alone tub and walk in shower in the bathroom. The third bedroom is set up as a den with large frame TV and very comfortable couch. There is also a desk setup that can be easily used as work from home station. The main living space has an open chef's kitchen with a large communal island. The kitchen is stocked with nice quality cooking instruments and a caterers fridge and freezer - perfect for anyone who loves to cook! Off the kitchen is a dining and living room combined space, well suited to a small dinner party or relaxing in the evening. Out back is a detached garage space. There is also plenty of street parking. We are looking for July to October but can be somewhat flexible on dates.
